Mike Farrell worked in the pharmaceutical industry for sixteen years. He managed territories in six states throughout the country. He's won numerous awards including President's Club and a Global Award for Innovation. He has also written several sales training manuals.
The Creation of an Icon
Thatsacall, Inc. was first conceived in 2004 at a dinner meeting between Mike Farrell and Brian Williams. Working for the same pharmaceutical company Mike and Brian wanted to do something to make the next meeting more fun. They decided to create a video that would introduce a character named Charles Charles. The video was a huge hit with sales representatives, who could relate to the humorous situations in which Charles Charles consistently found himself.
As the Charles Charles videos were posted on YouTube, positive e-mails began pouring in from pharmaceutical representatives around the globe. Within a year the videos were viewed over 100,000 times. Today, Mike and Brian work with pharmaceutical and biotech companies creating original content short videos and providing live appearances by Charles Charles to make meetings more enjoyable, sustainable and memorable for representatives.
